Caroline Smith is an Executive Business Administrator at Essex. Prior to joining Essex, Caroline specialized in the tech sales industry, managing her book of business as an AE in larger organizations like ADP, WeWork, & Snowflake. With her passion in relationship building,  data management, and operations, she has been helping the Essex team from a back-end perspective since June 2024.

Fun Fact: Caroline loves making portraits of friends, family, and celebrities in her free time! She studied studio art in college and her favorite medium to work with is ballpoint pen or charcoal.
