Blaire Butler

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Blaire graduated from TCU’s Neeley School of Business in 2014 with a degree in Finance and minors in Accounting & Spanish. Upon graduation from TCU, she pursued a 12-month Fellowship in the Dominican Republic working with a micro-finance non-profit whose aim is to alleviate poverty through economic empowerment. Upon return from her Fellowship in 2015, Blaire began her career in commercial lending at Frost Bank in Dallas, eventually landing in the Commercial Real Estate lending group. In 2017, she moved to Denver, Colorado and started with Essex as a real estate financial analyst, underwriting all types of incoming producing properties. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Loan Production, her duties include originating, structuring, marketing and executing loan transactions for clients.
